Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd is seeking a dedicated Children's Community Care Lead to join our team. As a key member of our community care service, you will be responsible for providing face-to-face support to children and their families in the Milton Keynes area.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have experience in managing complex care packages and leading a team of healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of patient care and working closely with other healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive services.

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including pension scheme, life insurance, and professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals in providing face-to-face support to children and their families
  • Manage complex care packages and work closely with other healthcare providers
  • Ensure the highest standards of patient care and quality assurance

As a Children's Community Care Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of children and their families
  • Conducting regular reviews and assessments to ensure the effectiveness of care
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting as required
