About the Role

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in paediatrics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans for each child
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to children and their families
  • Coordinate with community teams to provide seamless care transitions
Requirements:
  • RSCN with a minimum of 6 months in the UK and an active NMC PIN
  • Proven experience in paediatrics, including tracheostomy care and ventilator management
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing situations
  • Band 5/6 Nursing experience with leadership and management skills
