Take your nursing career to the next level as a Community Nursing Specialist Leader at Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic nurse to lead our team of specialist community nurses, working in partnership with multiple stakeholders and voluntary services to provide high-quality care to our community. As a leader, you will be responsible for ensuring quality care delivery to patients in their own homes and residential settings.

The successful candidate will have experience in community settings and be knowledgeable in their field, with a strong understanding of current community nursing issues, primary care provision, and sound clinical knowledge. They will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to manage a team effectively.

In this role, you will work closely with the Band 7 District Nurse Team Leader to develop our service beyond traditional nursing scope, responding to challenging healthcare needs nationally. You will also participate in appraisal processes, attend mandatory training, and abide by local policies and procedures.
