Job Title: Warehouse Team Leader

Uniphar Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe distribution of products to and from our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
  • Supervise and control order picking, goods in, and goods out operations to ensure accuracy and minimize stock damage
  • Organize and facilitate regular stock takes and maintain stock accuracy by ensuring physical stock aligns with the warehouse management system
  • Identify and eliminate errors, adopting corrective actions to prevent repeat issues
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, mitigating health and safety risks
  • Coaching, training, and guiding direct reports to deliver high-quality service to customers
  • Responsible for overall productivity within the designated team
  • Actively support operational change while minimizing disruption to production and service
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a supervisor or team leader in an operational service delivery role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or supply chain background
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, utilizing interpersonal styles to set objectives and define responsibilities
  • Good understanding of customer deliverables and the impact of failure or poor quality
  • Able to achieve results by setting high standards and committing to clear objectives
  • Strong people management skills, with the ability to focus and guide others in accomplishing work objectives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to establish logical and practical solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience with ERP, WMS, and TMS systems
  • Understanding of Goods Distribution Practices (GDP) and Goods Warehouse Practices (GWP)
