Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse & Despatch Supervisor to join our team at a leading supplier of workspace solutions based in Hayes. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and despatch team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Warehouse Management: Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring that all stock is accurately recorded and stored in a safe and secure manner.
- Despatch Operations: Coordinate the preparation and dispatch of orders, ensuring that all deliveries are made on time and to the required standard.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of warehouse and despatch staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all warehouse and despatch operations are conducted in a safe and healthy environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Experience: Proven experience in a warehouse or despatch environment, with a strong understanding of inventory control and logistics.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a team.
- Qualifications: Full clean driving licence and experience of driving a forklift.
