Job Description

As a Resource Planning Analyst at TikTok, you will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency across our global operations. You will work closely with stakeholders to manage our resource planning cycle and process, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and driving process improvements to enhance resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement resource planning strategies to optimize operations delivery teams' performance.
  • Collaborate with operations delivery teams to govern planning parameters and review ad-hoc resource requests or out-of-norm scenarios.
  • Analyze data to review operations volume and performance trends, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Drive process improvement projects to enhance the resource planning process and ensure relevance across different stakeholder groups.
  • Manage capacity delivery schedules and utilize data-driven analysis to model various deployment scenarios.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to improve capacity monitoring and reporting tools.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, economics, or statistics.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, including data analysis, resource management, and strategic planning.
  • Expertise in data analysis, with proficiency in Excel.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Proven record of stakeholder management and influencing skills, particularly with senior stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong expertise in utilizing SQL and other data analysis tools.
  • Experience in labeling/data annotation.
  • Regional/global working experience.
  • Proven experience in a BPO/Social Media/Call center environment.
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to handle large datasets and spot granular details.
  • Comfortable working with global teams in different time zones.
