We are seeking an experienced Resource Planning Specialist to join our team at Matchtech. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in optimizing resource allocation and management to drive business performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tactical resource management strategies to optimize resource utilization and minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize resource needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Design and implement onboarding and mobilization programs to accelerate project mobilization and enhance employee experience.
  • Develop and manage productive and customer-funded utilization (CFU) performance management strategies to maximize CFU and support other productive activities.
  • Act as a bridge between capacity planning and business unit operations, validating planning assumptions and mitigating risks.
  • Facilitate employee mobility across business units and manage loan agreements and escalations.
  • Assist with short- to medium-term capacity planning and forecasting to drive profitability.
  • Support the definition and build for complex resourcing requests and scenario planning for large opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in technology sectors, including software development, cyber, AI & ML, data science, and systems engineering.
  • Recognized as an SME within the stakeholder community and lead on defining operational resourcing approaches.
  • Strong commercial mindset and passion for operational resourcing within a technology-focused organization.
