We are seeking an experienced and efficient Administrative Officer to join our team at Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support across various disciplines and services within the Trust.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the clinical team, including data input, monitoring appointment diaries, and general administrative tasks.
- Act as the first point of contact on the telephone, taking messages and escalating clinical calls to the clinical staff in a timely manner.
- Process client referrals and associated documentation onto the system, maintaining effective and efficient service systems and office procedures.
- Manage diaries, process incoming and outgoing emails and post, and maintain an efficient filing and records system.
- Undertake administrative tasks, including ordering supplies and services, and submitting works tickets and urgent requests for maintenance and estates.
We are looking for an individual with:
- Significant experience of working in an office environment.
- Ability to prioritize workload and work to deadlines.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Good standard of qualifications, including GCSEs or NVQ equivalent.
- Word processing and typing skills at OCR Level 2 or equivalent.
