  • Process credit card payments and customer material certificates.
  • Monitor certification emails for requests and update the Excel daily cert spreadsheet.
  • Answer and transfer calls.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
