Partnerships Associate

We're Scan.com, a digital health scale-up that empowers patients and clinicians with simpler, faster access to diagnostics. Our platform covers a wide range of medical imaging services, from MRIs to mammograms, speeding up the time to treatment and improving healthcare outcomes.
Our marketplace allows patients to book scans on their own terms and timeframes, while our referral portal gives clinicians admin-free access to imaging nationwide. We're looking for a Partnerships Associate to support our provider clients and B2B client teams, contributing to product development and ensuring the smooth integration of new provider clients into our portal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting account managers in expanding the network's breadth, depth, and quality.
- Managing existing imaging suppliers by supporting changes to the contract and supporting account management.
- Supporting account managers with review meetings, including the production of management information (MI) for key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Taking ownership of the end-to-end onboarding process for new imaging suppliers.
- Taking ownership of the end-to-end onboarding process for new insurance, Clinician, medico-legal, affiliates, and enterprise accounts.
- Responsible for owning and updating our supplier knowledge base, which involves storing up-to-date and accurate information for all our imaging suppliers.
- Ownership of the website administration portal to ensure imaging supplier information and pricing are accurately displayed on the Scan.com website.
- Quarterly updates to existing client portals to add new services, product changes, and imaging sites.
- Working closely with the Head of Growth, analyzing data and trends to identify areas of demand.
- Working collaboratively with our operations team to implement and develop pathways and processes to enhance the patient journey.
- Working collaboratively with our product team to create new services in partnership with our imaging suppliers to enhance Scan.com's offering.
What You'll Achieve in Your First Year:
- Established strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders with imaging providers and clients.
- Successfully onboarded new suppliers and clients to the Scan.com network and portal.
- Became a trusted member of the broader business through collaborative work across ops, finance, and growth.
- Bring innovative ideas and deliver positive change to internal processes.
- Positively represented Scan.com externally through site visits and networking events.
What You Might Bring to the Table:
- Some proven experience in a systems management and/or sales role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Great attention to detail and analytical skills.
- High proficiency working with large data sets in Excel.
- Previous experience in healthcare is desirable but not essential.
- Previous experience or a desire to work within an early-stage business where priorities change and things move fast.
