London, Greater London, United Kingdom Scan Full time
Join Our Team as a Partnerships Associate

We're Scan.com, a digital health scale-up that's revolutionizing diagnostics. As the UK's largest medical imaging platform, we're simplifying access to diagnostics for patients and clinicians alike. Our marketplace empowers patients to book scans on their own terms, while our referral portal gives clinicians admin-free access to imaging nationwide.

We're looking for a Partnerships Associate to support our provider clients and B2B client teams. This role reports to the Head of Partnerships and involves assisting with the onboarding process of new provider clients, ensuring their smooth integration into our portal. You'll also support the B2B account management team by helping with MI reports and portal updates.

As an early-stage business, you can expect your role to develop over time. You'll work closely with the product team to identify opportunities for automation and support their development. You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple departments to improve existing processes and help bring new products to market.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Supporting account managers in expanding the network's breadth, depth, and quality
  2. Managing existing imaging suppliers by supporting changes to the contract and supporting account management
  3. Supporting account managers with review meetings, including the production of management information (MI) for key performance indicators (KPIs)
  4. Taking ownership of the end-to-end onboarding process for new imaging suppliers
  5. Taking ownership of the end-to-end onboarding process for new insurance, Clinician, medico-legal, affiliates, and enterprise accounts
  6. Being responsible for owning and updating our supplier knowledge base, which involves storing up-to-date and accurate information for all our imaging suppliers
  7. Ownership of the website administration portal to ensure imaging supplier information and pricing are accurately displayed on the Scan.com website
  8. Quarterly updates to existing client portals to add new services, product changes, and imaging sites
  9. Working closely with the Head of Growth, analyzing data and trends to identify areas of demand
  10. Working collaboratively with our operations team to implement and develop pathways and processes to enhance the patient journey
  11. Working collaboratively with our product team to create new services in partnership with our imaging suppliers to enhance Scan.com's offering

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Some proven experience in a systems management and/or sales role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Great attention to detail and analytical skills
  • High proficiency working with large data sets in Excel
  • Previous experience in healthcare is desirable but not essential
  • Previous experience or a desire to work within an early-stage business where priorities change and things move fast

We're committed to eliminating discrimination and encouraging diversity within our team. We strive to provide equality and fairness for all job applicants and employees and never discriminate on the basis of gender, marital status, age, race, ethnicity, religion, or physical differences.
