Job Role

A Labourer Position is available within our team, covering various locations. As a Labourer, you will work in diverse settings, including residential and commercial buildings.

You will represent our company professionally, interact with customers empathetically, and carry out maintenance, removal, and repair work as needed.

Main Duties:
  1. Represent the company professionally in all situations
  2. Interact with customers using active listening and problem-solving skills
  3. Perform maintenance, removal, and repair work in commercial and residential buildings
  4. Participate in daily toolbox talks to address health and safety concerns
  5. Evaluate and maintain the van's cleanliness and functionality
  6. Provide timely updates to customers
  7. Source equipment and materials in a timely manner
  8. Ensure accurate documentation and billing procedures
Essential Skills:
  • Hold a valid UK manual driving license
  • Background in labouring, construction, or technical roles with willingness to perform physically demanding tasks
  • Good manual dexterity and computer skills
  • Strong verbal communication and organisational abilities
  • Willingness to travel across the region and occasionally stay away from home

Salary Range:
