Job Overview:

Midsouth Paving, Inc. is a leading asphalt and construction services provider in the Southeastern U.S., part of CRH's South Division. The Construction Laborer will perform various tasks including shoveling, raking, traffic control, material movement, setting forms, stripping and cleaning concrete forms, and pouring concrete. The ideal candidate should be able to repetitively lift up to 30 pounds, walk, stoop, squat, sit, kneel, and pass a physical examination. Basic knowledge of tools and mathematical skills are essential. Prior experience is beneficial but not mandatory. Requirements:

  • Must be able to repetitively lift up to 30 pounds, walk, stoop, squat, sit, kneel, and pass required physical examination.
  • Basic knowledge of tools and their uses, basic mathematical skills (adding, subtracting, division, & multiplication)
  • Prior construction experience preferred
  • Maintain reliable attendance, meet company standards, and maintain a positive attitude.
