Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for analyzing project specifications and requirements to determine accurate cost estimates. Your attention to detail and strong analytical skills will be essential in ensuring the profitability and success of our projects.

**Duties**:

- Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to understand project scope and requirements
- Conduct thorough analysis of project costs, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor expenses
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for accurate cost estimation
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals for client review
- Identify potential risks and opportunities for cost savings or value engineering
- Maintain accurate records of project estimates, bids, and related documentation
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain necessary information for estimating purposes
- Stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and market conditions to ensure accurate cost estimation

- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in using estimating software and tools
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively

Note: This is a paid position. The salary will be commensurate with experience.

**Salary**: £55,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
