We are seeking a skilled NPI Engineer to join our team in Eynsham, Oxfordshire. As a key member of our process engineering team, you will play a critical role in designing manufacturing processes that meet our high standards of quality and efficiency.
Your responsibilities will include designing for manufacture, developing and implementing new processes, and working closely with PLM to ensure final product designs are suitable for volume manufacture. You will also be responsible for influencing product design to improve DFA and optimizing labor content.
To succeed in this role, you should have a degree in Engineering, Science, or manufacturing, as well as significant technical experience in manufacturing and process engineering. We also require candidates to have experience leading NPI projects and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
Salary and Benefits
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £52,500 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including 26 days' holiday, up to 10% employer pension contribution, share and bonus scheme, and corporate social responsibility opportunities.
