Job Title: Food and Beverage Staff

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Food and Beverage team at the Lingfield Marriott Hotel. As a Food and Beverage Staff member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient and professional service to all customers at all times.
  • Ensure guests receive the highest standard of customer service, responding to their needs and preferences.
  • Advise guests on all products available within the venue, promoting our menu and services.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming atmosphere within the venue, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service delivery, meeting the needs of all guests.
  • Manage stock levels, maintaining accurate records and minimizing waste.
  • Ensure all orders are accurately recorded and authorized for billing purposes.
  • Handle cash, stock, and equipment securely, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Act as an information point for customers, providing assistance and resolving any issues.
  • Record wastage and dispose of rubbish in line with venue procedures and recycling initiatives.

  • Excellent verbal communication and customer care skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a passion for quality service and standards.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations.
