Key Responsibilities:
  • To work closely with teachers and pastoral leads to ensure students receive the support they need to succeed academically and personally.
  • To develop and implement individual learning plans that cater to the unique needs and abilities of each student.
  • To provide guidance and mentorship to students, helping them to build confidence and self-esteem.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive school environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with students in a specialist provision, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to supporting the academic and wellbeing needs of students.
