With a proven track record of delivering high-quality Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG), you will be responsible for managing a caseload of clients with multiple needs, ensuring they receive personalized and innovative support to achieve their goals.
Key responsibilities will include delivering employability, skills development, and job support services, from assessment and action planning to successful job outcomes. You will work closely with clients, specialist partner agencies, and internal stakeholders to contribute positively to the ESF contract. IT literacy and proficiency in CRM systems are essential for effective monitoring and tracking of client progress.
