As a Career Guidance Specialist with Tower Hamlets Partnership, you will play a vital role in delivering the ESF Connecting Communities Programme. You will work closely with clients to assess their skills and employment needs, and develop tailored plans to achieve their goals. With a proven track record of delivering work and careers-related Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG), you will be responsible for managing a caseload of clients with multiple needs, providing personal and innovative support to help them access training and employment opportunities.

You will be responsible for delivering all elements of employability, skills development, and job support needed to progress clients into work, from assessment and action plan stages to successful job outcomes. This will involve working one-to-one with clients, as well as in collaboration with specialist partner agencies, both internal and external. Your commitment to providing a client-centred service will be key to driving positive training and employment outcomes towards the ESF contract.

As a skilled IT user, you will be able to effectively use CRM systems to monitor and track client assessment, interventions, and progress. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to supporting the residents of Tower Hamlets, and will be passionate about delivering a high-quality service that aligns with the borough's vision of equal access to opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver IAG services to clients, including assessment and action planning
  • Manage a caseload of clients with multiple needs, providing personal and innovative support
  • Work closely with partner agencies to deliver training and employment opportunities
  • Use CRM systems to monitor and track client progress
