Job Title: Information and Guidance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information and Guidance Specialist to join our team at Tower Hamlets Partnership. As an Information and Guidance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering our ESF Connecting Communities Programme, providing expert guidance and support to clients with multiple needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver all elements of employability, skills development, and job support to progress clients into work
  • Work one-to-one with clients, as well as with specialist partner agencies, both internal and external
  • Contribute to positive training and employment outcomes towards the ESF contract
  • Use CRM systems to monitor and track client assessment, interventions, and progress

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of delivering work and careers-related Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG)
  • Ability to successfully manage a case load of clients with multiple needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • IT literacy and ability to use CRM systems
