Job Title: Information and Guidance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information and Guidance Specialist to join our team at Tower Hamlets Partnership. As an Information and Guidance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality support to our clients, helping them to achieve their employment and skills development goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver all elements of employability, skills development, and job support to clients, from assessment and action plan stages to successful job outcomes.
  • Work one-to-one with clients, as well as with specialist partner agencies, both internal and external, to provide comprehensive support.
  • Contribute to positive training and employment outcomes towards the ESF contract.
  • Be IT literate and able to effectively use CRM systems to monitor and track client assessment, interventions, and progress.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience of delivering work and careers-related Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG).
  • Ability to successfully manage a case load of clients with multiple needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and partner agencies.
  • IT literacy and ability to use CRM systems.
