About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Postperson with Driving. This role involves delivering mail and parcels to customers across Mitcham, providing excellent customer service and working collaboratively with colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver mail and parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong sense of community and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and the ability to use handheld scanners
- A valid UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points

- Overtime paid at 1.25 x the normal hourly rate

Location
This role is based at the Mitcham Delivery Office, CR4 3XT, and requires regular travel to various locations across Mitcham.
