About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team at Peak Safety Services Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of construction projects, managing site teams, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. With a strong background in construction management and excellent leadership skills, you will drive project success while promoting a culture of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include project planning, procurement, risk management, and reporting. You will also be responsible for managing site personnel, allocating HS&E responsibilities, and developing relationship with clients and external customers. Additionally, you will participate in the tendering process, implement environmental and health & safety management procedures, and develop risk registers and contract programmes.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must have a full clean driving license, experience in a similar role within the construction industry, and excellent management and leadership skills. You should be flexible with working hours and able to work in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of commercial policies and procedures is also essential.

Salary and Benefits: This role offers a competitive salary of £42,500 - £47,500 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for career growth and professional development.
