Job Title: Low Observability Expert

Location: Bristol, UK

Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Low Observability Expert to join our team in Bristol. As a key member of the radar cross-section (RCS) hardware readiness team, you will be responsible for overseeing and undertaking work package aspects to support product development and qualification.

The ideal candidate will have higher education or experience within subject fields such as Physics, Electromagnetics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering. Project co-ordination management experience and supply chain exposure are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Placing requirements on design authorities and overseeing their readiness and delivery
  • Leading mechanical design engineers to produce bespoke fit-for-purpose definitions for manufacture
  • Interaction with wider business areas to jointly deliver against requirements
  • Managing the supply chain to ensure procurements are on time, on quality, and on cost
  • Gathering performance baselines that contribute to wider evidence sets as inputs to reporting
