Job Title: Area Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, including architects, house builders, garden designers, interior designers, and landscaping contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Work closely with the Luxury Residential Sales Manager to gain insights and experience in client meetings, sample deliveries, and on-site issue resolution.
  • Support all aspects of the sales process, from initial homeowner and designer meetings to arranging presentations, CPD sessions, and showroom events.
  • Gradually take on full responsibility for managing your region independently, including client interactions and sales activities.
  • Organize and facilitate presentations, CPD events, and showroom activities to engage with your client base effectively.
  • Demonstrate drive, energy, and adaptability as an external sales professional, with a strong understanding of the specification process.
