About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at CPJ Recruitment. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with a designated list of clients, including architects, house builders, garden designers, interior designers, and landscaping contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Work closely with the Luxury Residential Sales Manager to gain insights and experience in client meetings, sample deliveries, and on-site issue resolution
  • Support all aspects of the sales process from initial homeowner and designer meetings to arranging presentations, CPD sessions, and showroom events
  • Gradually take on full responsibility for managing your region independently, including client interactions and sales activities
  • Organize and facilitate presentations, CPD events, and showroom activities to engage with your client base effectively
  • Demonstrate drive, energy, and adaptability as an external sales professional, with a strong understanding of the specification process
