Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer to drive real orders growth in steam thermal solutions in the Southwest & Southern UK territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute territory action plans to deliver business growth for the area of responsibility.
  • Proactively manage and develop customer accounts through targeted sales calls, solution selling, and exemplary service.
  • Identify, qualify, and forecast opportunities utilizing Lead to Order process and available business tools.
  • Utilize best practice and expertise to develop sound engineering solutions and use Customer Value Propositions to unlock sales potential.
  • Take ownership and manage the opportunity pipeline ensuring and effective accurate forecast is delivered on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Timely update of customer records and prepare reports that reflect the area of responsibility utilizing appropriate analytical approaches and Business Information tools.
  • Ensure effective matrix working in conjunction with External and Internal Support functions.
