Job Description: We are recruiting for a Senior Manager to lead our mental health and learning disability services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to our clients while promoting operational efficiency and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality support to service users
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize EBITDA while maintaining high-quality services
  • Monitor and review eligibility criteria and charging policies to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Establish and maintain effective financial controls and quality management systems
  • Embed 'Care Pathways' across the area to improve outcomes for service users
  • Ensure that all services comply with internal policies, procedures, and external legislation
  • Develop and implement plans to improve individual performance and promote CPD among team members
  • Provide regular supervision and guidance to all staff

Salary Information: The estimated salary range for this position is £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
