Business Development Consultant

Tezlom Hitchin is seeking a skilled Business Development Consultant to join our Homecare Branch in St Albans, Hertfordshire. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through exceptional client service and relationship-building.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Pursue new business opportunities and manage sales leads to drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, providing clear guidance on shift terms and promoting our brand.
  • Conduct outreach to potential clients, building relationships and promoting our services.
  • Collaborate with the Director to understand and communicate business offerings, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Meet and exceed set targets, including financial goals, and report to the Branch Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, contractual obligations, and legislation.
Requirements:
  • A passion for business development and a confident telephone manner.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A full UK driving license is essential.
