Executive Assistant to Managing Director

We are seeking an experienced and skilled PA to provide high-level administrative support to our Managing Director and Commercial Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing documentation, taking minutes, and managing diaries, as well as providing a flexible and confidential service to the senior team.

The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, be an expert user of Microsoft packages, and have experience of working in a pressurised environment. They will also have a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

As a key member of our team, the PA will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and contribute to the success of our Rail business unit. They will also have access to a range of benefits, including flexible working, family-friendly policies, and a contributory pension scheme.
