Child Development Support Professional

We are a dynamic and supportive team, passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with additional needs. As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will be part of a collaborative team that works together to provide high-quality support and education to our students.
The RoleIn this role, you will work closely with our experienced teaching staff to develop and implement personalized plans to meet the child's individual needs. You will also be responsible for supporting the child's learning and development, both in and out of the classroom.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, a caring and compassionate nature, and a commitment to providing high-quality support to children with additional needs. You should also have a good understanding of child development and behavior.
BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of £27,500 - £37,500 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and career progression. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, holiday pay, and access to employee assistance programs.
