Job Title: Child Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement educational programs that cater to individual children's needs.
- Maintain open communication with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless transitions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a nurturing environment that promotes child development.
Requirements:
- Relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
- Previous experience in a nursery setting, preferably in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Safeguarding and Child Protection policies.
