Dedicated Resident Student Complaints Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resident Student Complaints Manager to join our team at LA International Computer Consultants Ltd. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex complaints in a timely and professional manner.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the effective management of resident student complaints, ensuring that all concerns are handled with professionalism, sensitivity, and timeliness. This involves reviewing, investigating, and responding to resident student complaints, as well as maintaining oversight of guest and customer complaints received by the broader department.
Key Responsibilities
- To deliver responses that are concise, comprehensive, and respectful, upholding the department's standards for high-quality service and student care.
- To follow established complaints procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, data protection, and confidentiality standards.
- To work closely with the Higher Education sector, developing relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders to resolve complex complaints.
- To provide support and guidance to staff members on complaints handling best practices, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- To contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to complaint handling, ensuring alignment with the company's values and objectives.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrable experience of formal complaints handling processes and best practices.
- Experience in dealing with conflict resolution.
- Demonstrable experience of multitasking and delivering a range of complex projects and tasks to tight deadlines.
- Awareness of relevant regulations, data protection, and confidentiality standards in complaints handling.
- Understanding of and commitment to Equality and Diversity, including the Equality Act 2010.
- Experience of working in the Higher Education sector.
- Knowledge of legislation and guidance relating to complaint handling.
