Randstad Student Support is seeking a Specialist one-to-one Study Skills Support Worker to provide tailored support to students with specific learning difficulties (SPLD) in the Bath area.

The role is a hybrid position, combining remote and on-campus work. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and other stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering one-on-one support sessions, creating individualised learning plans, and collaborating with teaching staff to ensure seamless integration with the curriculum.

Key responsibilities include:
