We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lease Administrator to lead our leasing activities and support resident satisfaction initiatives in Bath. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day leasing operations and ensuring that all team members deliver outstanding customer service to our residents.
About the RoleYou will work closely with our General Manager and mobilisation team to lease up the building, achieving set targets on occupancy. Your primary objective will be to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals and referrals.
Key Responsibilities- Lease administration: Managing day-to-day leasing activities, including processing leases, monitoring occupancy levels, and maintaining accurate records.
- Resident satisfaction: Providing excellent customer service to residents, addressing their concerns, and implementing initiatives to improve overall satisfaction.
- Team leadership: Motivating and coaching your team to succeed, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality results.
- Communication: Maintaining open communication with the General Manager, mobilisation team, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and achieve shared goals.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in a similar role within the property sector or hospitality industry.
- An excellent understanding of the leasing process and current legislations and requirements.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Proficiency in IT skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
