**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Student Services Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing student administration, and ensuring compliance with UKVI/GNIB regulations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide top-quality customer service to both internal and external customers
- Manage student administration, including front-of-house reception staff and services
- Ensure compliance with all UKVI/GNIB regulations, including checking, scanning, and storing information for all student visas and passports
- Maintain up-to-date student contact details on the student database
- Develop a good knowledge of KI Languages courses and services to effectively deal with day-to-day queries from existing and prospective customers
- Collaborate with the Principal to ensure the school premises and facilities meet current health and safety regulations and are kept in a proper state of maintenance and repair
- Review internal measures of quality and satisfaction to ensure all students have the best possible Kaplan Experience
- Familiarize yourself with all British Council inspection criteria relevant to the department
- Have a good working knowledge and understanding of procedural documents and KI Languages policies relevant to the role
- All employees of Kaplan International Languages have a responsibility for data protection and must adhere to our Data Protection policies
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree (desirable)
- Experience in dealing with and solving complaints
- Experience in selling products and services
- Experience in management in EFL (or similar educational environment)
- Experience in producing financial reports
- Experience in visas and compliance
- Ability to manage performance and development of staff
- Excellent IT skills, including MS Office
- Exceptional customer service ethos
- Strong attention to detail and high level of data accuracy
**What We Offer**
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £28-30K pa, plus bonus, commission, and benefits. The post holder will be required to have a DBS check.
