Job Description

We are looking for a Senior R&D Project Manager (Automotive) to join our growing engineering team. As a key member of the project management function, you will be responsible for the planning and delivery of internal product and technology development projects and possibly public-funded projects.

  • Lead several automotive product development projects, technology projects, and public-funded projects.
  • Support the project management team and improve project management procedures.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams focused on delivering new or upgraded products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Tracking: Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Management: Manage cross-functional teams, provide guidance and support, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate project status, goals, and expectations to stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that projects meet quality metrics, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Masters' degree with an engineering or science background.
  • Previous experience working in a similar role.
  • Experience in automotive semiconductor or power electronics development.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of project management.
  • Experience with functional safety and automotive quality standards.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
