We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at The Recruitment Bar.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that orders and quotations are processed within the required deadlines. They will also be the first point of contact for customers, handling telephone calls and visitors, and providing excellent customer service at all times.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process orders and quotations in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer enquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage customer relationships, building strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
- Administer payment for orders over the phone and face-to-face
- Liaise with suppliers for stock updates and lead times
- Collaborate with the management team and internal departments to resolve issues with orders or specifications
Requirements:
- Previous office experience, preferably in a sales or customer service environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Excellent computer proficiency, including MS Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Good planning and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance and work independently
