Nurse Advisor

Ontex, a leading international producer of personal hygiene solutions, is seeking a skilled Nurse Advisor to support its Commercial team in Wales.

We are looking for a registered nurse with experience in primary care, secondary care, or tertiary/private care to join our team as a Nurse Advisor. The successful candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the NHS/Health Boards and a strong background in urology or continence care.

• Provide expert knowledge of Ontex Healthcare's range of products for incontinence management and stay up-to-date with product developments, new products, and changes to product specifications.
• Maintain a good knowledge of competitor products and conversion tables.
• Ensure that training and education requirements of Ontex Healthcare customers are met in line with the SLA/Contract, coordinated by the National Sales Manager.
• Promote the best use of Ontex Healthcare's disposable continence products, considering profitability and sustainability.
• Attend customer QBR and Annual Review meetings with Ontex colleagues.
• Provide a quarterly report of all training, education, and visits carried out on behalf of customers.
• Investigate and resolve any product concerns following the Business Unit reporting and follow-up procedure.
• Report back on territory activity and market intelligence, sharing information with colleagues to support a uniform approach to the market via the Ontex CRM system.
• Ensure effective use of the CRM system and adhere to standard operating procedures.
• Actively participate in regular Territory reviews, Nurse Advisor meetings, and National Sales meetings.

• Registered Nurse (NMC) or equivalent qualification.
• Promotion of Continence and the Management of Incontinence course or equivalent.
• Further and adult education training and education certificate or equivalent.
• 2-5 years post-registration experience in primary care, secondary care, or tertiary/private care.
• Urology or continence experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of the NHS/Health Boards.
• Commercial awareness.
