Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Executive to join our small and friendly commercial team. The successful candidate will be responsible for searching for new clients, establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, and managing customer requirements.

About the Role
  • Searching for new clients who could benefit from our products
  • Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers - account management
  • Managing and interpreting customer requirements
  • Calculating client quotations
  • Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
  • Offering after sales support services
  • Administering client accounts
  • Analysing cost and sales
  • Recording and maintaining client contact data
  • Coordinating sales projects
  • Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
  • Liaising with other members of commercial team and other technical experts within customers and suppliers
  • Solving client problems
  • Providing training and producing support materials for the sales team
  • Assisting in design of bespoke products
About You
  • Previous internal sales/account management experience - ideally within a technical environment
  • Organised
  • Good IT literacy
  • Strong communication skills
