We are seeking a dedicated Victim Services Caseworker to join our team in North Yorkshire, where you will play a vital role in supporting victims of crime.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of those affected by crime. As a Victim Services Caseworker, you will work directly with adults and children who have been impacted by crime, assessing their support needs and providing ongoing support and advocacy.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing support needs and completing risk assessments for victims
  • Providing immediate and ongoing support and advocacy, including home visits
  • Explaining processes and acting as a single point of contact throughout the victim's journey in the criminal justice system
  • Developing relationships with other organisations who support victims of crime

This is a challenging but rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of crime and its impact on individuals and communities. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, so excellent organisational and time management skills are essential.
