Industry Liaison Specialist

About This Role
Ashford College is seeking an experienced Industry Liaison Specialist to join their team. As an Industry Liaison Specialist, you will be responsible for securing work experience opportunities for students in various organisations and serving as the main point of contact for employer engagement in these areas.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. You will also have a highly organised approach, with the capacity to prioritise tasks while applying a flexible and responsive mindset to meet the demands of the role.
In addition, you will have an inquisitive and analytical approach to work, with a keen eye for detail. You will be able to work independently, utilising your initiative and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Secure work experience opportunities for students in various organisations
- Serve as the main point of contact for employer engagement in assigned areas
Working Hours:
18.5 hours per week (Wednesday p.m., all day Thursday and Friday)
40 weeks per year
Pro rata salary: £10,427 per annum + holiday payment of £1,511
