Job Summary

Hexagon Group is seeking a skilled Facilities Coordinator to join their team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the facilities management team, ensuring the smooth operation of the company's property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key point of contact for tenant queries and concerns
  • Raise and issue purchase orders in a timely manner
  • Complete health and safety reports using the company's internal system
  • Liaise with contractors and coordinate work to ensure efficient project delivery
  • Ensure that preventative maintenance schedules are met
  • Provide administrative support to the wider facilities management team

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience working in facilities management, preferably in an administrative role. They will also have experience working with systems such as Elogbooks, Proactis, and Planon. An industry-recognized certificate, such as an IOSH, is also desirable.
