Job Description

The Creative Floor Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Account Director to join our team. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our most strategic and high-profile client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive account strategies that align with our clients' business objectives and drive growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service to ensure their continued satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of account managers and coordinators to ensure seamless delivery of client projects and exceptional results.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion of our client base.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial management of client accounts, ensuring accurate forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in account management and business development.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement comprehensive account strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of account managers and coordinators.
  • Strong financial management skills, with the ability to oversee the financial management of client accounts.
