Job Title: Account Sales Engineer

At Sofico, we are seeking a highly skilled Account Sales Engineer to join our team. As a sales engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue by effectively communicating the technical value of our products or services to customers and helping them solve their business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create proposals, presentations, and Proof of Concept systems that meet customer requirements.
  • Support the sales process from initial contact through to deal closure, addressing technical concerns and objections raised by customers.
  • Provide post-sales support to customers, helping the project team get the implementation going and acquiring vital information for a successful project.
  • Act as a conduit between customers and internal teams, providing feedback on customer requirements, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong technical expertise in software support and experience in building long-term relationships with customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Fluency in English, with French or German being a nice-to-have.
  • Prepared to travel and work in an international and multicultural company.
