Account Sales Specialist

Sofico is seeking a highly skilled Account Sales Engineer to join our team. As a sales engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue by effectively communicating the technical value of our products to customers and helping them solve their business challenges.
About the Role:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create proposals, presentations, and Proof of Concept systems that meet customer requirements.
- Support the sales process from initial contact through to deal closure, addressing technical concerns and providing technical expertise to close deals.
- Provide post-sales support to customers, helping the project team get the implementation going and acquiring vital information for a successful project.
- Act as a conduit between customers and internal teams, providing feedback on customer requirements, market trends, and competitor activities.
