Job Title: Children's Residential Care Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children's Residential Care Team Leader to join our team at Swanton Care & Community Ltd. As a key member of our residential care team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our staff, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our children and young people.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in childcare and residential care, with experience of working with children and young people with complex needs. You will be responsible for leading a team of care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that our children and young people receive the highest quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that our children and young people receive the highest quality care and support.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our children and young people.
  • Ensure that our children and young people receive the highest standards of care and support, including medical care, education, and emotional support.
  • Work closely with our management team to ensure that our residential care services are delivered to the highest standards.
  • Contribute to the development of our residential care services, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to improve the quality of care.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualification in childcare or a related field.
  • Experience of working with children and young people with complex needs.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to the development of our residential care services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
