Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Priory Group. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to individuals with mental illness and personality disorder.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans to optimize patient engagement and outcomes.
- Contribute to patient assessments, monitoring progress, and adjusting care plans as needed.
- Lead shifts and mentor student nurses, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Collaborate with external agencies and organizations to ensure comprehensive care.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Adult Support and Protection (Scotland) Act 2007.
- Experience working in a related environment, preferably in a low secure setting.
- A competitive salary, starting from £31,900 per annum, depending on experience.
- 25 days' annual leave, increasing with length of service to a maximum of 30.
