Executive Chef Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Compass Group UK. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of the kitchen and staff in the absence of the Head Chef.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure all kitchen staff are preparing and presenting quality food that meets our company standards.
- Lead by example and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Participate in the recruitment process, including interviews and trials for potential team members.
- Assist with manual handling, including lifting and moving stock and equipment.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Outlook to support kitchen operations.
