About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Compass Group UK. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of the kitchen and staff in the absence of the Head Chef.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all kitchen staff are preparing and presenting quality food that meets our company standards.
